CAGE Design Build was founded by David Wampler and Kelly Funk, who have worked together remodeling Silicon Valley homes since 1996. Through their company, they offer premier residential design and remodeling services, specializing in kitchen, bathroom, home additions and other remodeling projects throughout Silicon Valley.

Founders David Wampler and Kelly Funk have remodeled Silicon Valley homes together since 1996. They have built their reputation and award-winning results on a solid foundation of professionalism, integrity and quality. As well-seasoned professionals who love what they do, David and Kelly are dedicated to their clients and committed to seeing each project through to the end—exactly as envisioned.
David Wampler
Co-Principal
As a general contractor, David handles construction services for CAGE Design Build, managing every project detail to ensure success. With over 35 years experience in the remodeling industry, David takes tremendous pride in his work and values communications and the close, collaborative relationships he has with clients. He is also certified in Project Management.
Kelly Funk
Co-Principal
As a residential designer, Kelly listens closely to clients and creates inspired projects that perfectly reflect their needs and wishes. Her passion comes across in every aspect of work, from the close relationships she develops to the creative design details that make her projects stand out. In addition to over 26 years experience, Kelly has won prestigious NKBA awards for bathroom remodeling (first and second place). She also holds a B.A. in Interior Design from California State University, Sacramento.
