CAGE Design Build provides premier residential design and remodeling services throughout Silicon Valley, specializing in Kitchen Remodels, Bathroom Remodels, and Additions.
As a design-build firm, we work as one team under one contract to provide both design and construction services. This means our general contractor and designer cross-check each other’s work to anticipate potential issues and resolve them early.

Our Process
Design
First, we listen! These are your goals, this is your vision. At our initial consultation, we provide an engagement letter to begin the design process. Afterwards, we provide an engagement letter to begin the work. We then draw floor plan options, have our staff and subcontractors inspect the site and create a proposal for design choices and construction.
Plan
At this stage, we work in close partnership with you to select materials and design elements in line with your goals and budget. We come up with a procurement schedule, ordering lead-time items first. We also create blueprints (working drawings), which are needed to obtain building permits, and include engineering specifications, if needed.
Execute
During construction, we meticulously follow a project schedule and stay in constant, pro-active communication with you throughout. Our long-term relationships with our own staff and proven subcontractors ensures exceptional on-the-job quality, craftsmanship and professionalism, and our thorough nightly clean-ups leave you at peace to live in your own home during construction.
