The homeowners of this Los Gatos Primary Bath needed a serious upgrade to create a more modern and functional space that better suited their needs. CAGE Design Build was hired to redo the primary bathroom suite.

We, at CAGE Design Build, redesigned the space by providing an oak vanity with tall storage and a neutral paint color that plays well with the existing wood ceiling and exposed beams.

Bathroom Details

Size: Primary bath/Laundry Room combined is 380 square feet.

Location: Los Gatos, CA

Before: The vanity featured a dated floor to ceiling stone tile as well as a top mounted tub deck.

Before: The laundry room, shower, and toilet room are separate spaces. The shower was far too small and tucked away in a corner.

After: With removal of the built in tall cabinet, we were able to enlarge the shower and raise the ceiling to display the existing gorgeous wood ceiling with exposed beams. The toilet room was taken away and relocated to be in line with the vanity, which provided more storage space. We incorporated a tall drying rack to the left of the laundry room that can be out of sight when not in use.
